SERVICES
1. CURBSIDE DELIVERY
Placement of furniture outside of customer's delivery location. It will be the customer's responsibility to move furniture inside.
2. INSIDE DELIVERY
Placement of furniture in the customer's room of choice.
3. INSIDE DELIVERY WITH STAIRS
An additional fee of $15.00 per flight of stairs is charged for placement of furniture in customer's room of choice which includes stairs.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
INSIDE DELIVERY
Customer must have placement area cleared and ready for delivery. If furniture has to be moved by delivery crew in order to place furniture being delivered there will be a extra charge of $95.00 per piece of furniture moved.
Delivery charge quoted includes delivery of furniture to customer and placement of furniture in customer's room of choice. Our delivery crew does not know your home or your space requirements, or the sizes of your doors. It is 100% the customer's responsibility to determine if the furniture will fit in the space or fit through the doors at your home. If furniture does not clear doorways, does not clear stairwells, does not clear turn spaces or does not fit in your space there is no refund of delivery charges. In the case the furniture has to be returned to the retailer there will be a Return Delivery Charge equal to the original price paid to have the furniture delivered.
Inside Delivery with Stairs will incur an additional charge of $15.00 per flight of stairs.
Customer must be present to meet driver. At the customer's request, the delivery driver will call the customer prior to leaving pickup location and again 30 minutes prior to arriving at delivery location.
Delivery crew will wait for the customer 10 minutes upon arrival to the delivery location. After waiting 10 minutes there will be a charge of $50.00 for every 30 minutes the delivery crew waits on the customer. The minimum wait charge is $50.00.
CURBSIDE DELIVERY
Furniture will be left outside the customer's designated delivery location. It is the responsibility of customer to move items indoors.
LOCAL DELIVERY - BELTON-SALADO-KILLEEN-TEMPLE
Hourly rate begins and ends at pickup location. Hourly rate is $95.00 per hour with a minimum charge of 1 hour.
AFTER HOURS DELIVERY
Hours for delivery are scheduled between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday-Friday. If delivery is scheduled before 10:00 AM or after 5:00 PM there is an additional charge.
